Pros

good benefits and pretty decent pay, mission is mostly good. honestly not much else, work life balance is way off,

Cons

the bosses did not give guidance or take reports of bullying, both sexual and emotional harrassment seriously. campaign strategy was all directed from high above without input from staff (let alone workers)

Pros

Laid back on in and out times Decent benefits

Cons

Paranoid and deceitful leadership, with the so-called director (actual ED is in DC, but they don't tell you that) telling employees constantly that he's the boss. Many false promises, such as claiming they have a really wonderful culture but realizing everyone working there is bored and rarely speak to each other. Leadership also claim that turnover is low, but that is absolutely false. Also not for anyone who lives in the digital age - you're not allowed to take notes on your computer and are told instead to write on paper that must be shredded every two weeks. They have been accused of illegal activity in the past, and the extent they go to in order to hide their work certainly leaves the impression they have something to hide. The previous one star reviewer is correct, RUN away from this place if you are looking for colleagues who are smart, interesting and fun. DO work here if you don't know how to work a computer, thrive on mediocrity and have the innovation and passion of a pet rock.
