Pros
Location wise the Glasgow office is situated in a nice location, near the train station - only thing going for it
Cons
One of my most unpleasant work experiences ever. Staff turnover was disgusting, new starts given brand new desks to work on and not time to build them up, this led to weekly sackings. No one ever got close to the newbies in case they were sacked. Which leads me on to the people who have been there a while. Bunch of bully's who clearly believed they were something, had the ease of working contracts so little effort in their job needed except to hire people for the mediocre jobs they were recruiting for, looked down on new starts, not friendly, and were all cliques that resembled something from a school playground, people regularly mocked for their appearance, clothes, accent . Management a complete joke, well above their stations and utterly useless at managing and helping new starts. I would avoid this company at all costs. Best sales person for Change is HR, does a fantastic selling job to convince you to join but little do you know what actually awaits.....
