Consecutive years of poor financial results lead to low morale and layoffs. Lots of office politics. Office location in Richmond isn’t convenient for most people who don’t live in Richmond - and the employees that are sorely needed seem to mostly live in downtown or east Van. There’s too much competition from cool and fun companies that pay more in Vancouver so it’s hard for the company to attract best technical talent.
