      Pros

      Great clients and awesome colleagues. Lots of fun activities for team building or just fun. Clients love the firm and especially the management team. Employees (current and former) enjoy the company. Managers are extremely knowledgeable and that's great but sometimes it is hard to "compete" with them to gain clients' trust (e.g. some clients will say "this is perfect but let's run it by John Doe before we go to market").

      Cons

      The firm is all about a cross-disciplinary approach, so if you cannot think out of the box and learn on your own and from your colleagues this isn't a place for you. Every day you deal with different clients and different tasks, so you need to be willing to research and think and propose.

      Amazing clients and excellent opportunities to get involved with very successful companies and people. The environment is fun.

      Pros

      In the beginning, I was hopeful to grow as a professional. I was looking forward to building new skills and connections, but due to an extremely toxic environment, it all came crashing down fast.

      Unsafe, abusive and toxic work environment
