The new management team is committed to data-driven decision-making and prioritizing customer experience and feedback in our decisions. We have instituted a more rigorous review process for product decisions to ensure they align with our mission and customer-centric principles. Recognizing the inevitable part of startup journeys, turbulence caused by difficult market conditions and the layoffs that resulted, we have now thankfully secured a long-term investor as a new majority shareholder with a clear direction for the future ahead to stay less impacted by the market situation.
