Pros

Employees, not management, are really good people.

Cons

I was part of a company Chaney acquired. New management came in and changed everything. Dropped my pay 20K etc etc. the job was not sales. Management chose costs. All you do is fix accounting issues and get yelled at for mistakes dispatch makes. No agency. No real opportunity to increase the weekly paycheck by working hard.

Pros

•Remarkable Culture •Cares about their employees •Invests in their employees •One of the few companies out there pushing and innovating healthy and encouraging work environments. •They do a great job showing the top guys care about those on the bottom level..

Cons

Can run into older equipment.

Pros

Opportunity for a lot of overtime if you like working long hours. I will say this company used to be great and i loved working here. but i cannot fill this "pros" section with much now because everything that was once great is gone.

Cons

over the last few years they got rid of everything that made this company great. annual bonus's went from 10-20 thousand dollars (performance compensation depending on the companies progress that year) to just 800 dollars. they got rid of holiday parties, they brought in a bunch of corporate leaders from other companies that completely dismantled processes in place and replaced them with others that didnt work as well so they could add their touch to the company. You used to feel like you were valued and your work mattered to the company but now youre just a number and they will over work you until you break and then replace you with someone they pay less. You used to have real opportunity for promoting within the company but since they brought on the new leadership, tenured employees who have been with the company for 10+ years are not promoted to positions they deserve because the new senior leadership brings in their friends who are much less qualified for the job,
