Pros

Great working environment in the program. No seniority, no politics, promotion within. Training program is easy to follow, development into the business is also rapid.

Cons

Work ethic in this business/industry is far more important than regular jobs. A career is not the same as a 9-5 employee.

Pros

Great opportunity for anyone to learn a wide range set of skills ranging from sales, leadership and eventually management. I also love the environmental focus the company has by only working with Eco-friendly businesses.

Cons

The growth opportunity is there for grabs except you need to work really hard everyday, have an excellent attitude, and most importantly, never miss a day of work. For most people these would be considered as cons, but for those over achievers, this would be expected.

Pros

I was an intern for this company for about nine months (two of those I had to sit out a majority of the time due to a car accident, but the director was very understanding and caring). The training program I was taught and the atmosphere I learned in helped me get promoted within another corporate company after my internship ended with Champs. The training I was taught included working habits and being taught what REAL hard work ethic was, and I credit it some of my success to Champs Executives. Had I not applied what I learned from my internship, then I would not have gotten promoted in less than a month in a corporate setting. I am now thriving due to the student mentality that I was taught and maintained. I definitely recommend working here because it is quite the experience and you will definitely learn so much and even apply it to your daily life.

Cons

If you’re not willing to work on your attitude and can’t maintain an attitude, do not waste your time. Client acquisition is hard and attitude is KEY!
