Pros
Great colleagues, although it feels like more and more people are leaving. The workforce is unrecognizable from two years ago. Good vacation benefit and good education benefits.
Cons
Salaries have been neglegeted for decades and it's now very apparent as new people get hired at higher market rate leves that are more or equal to long term employees. Even when pointed out, there is no attempt in making it more equitable. Understaffing in some departments make work life quality challenging and exhausting. No place for advancement or promotion. There is sometimes opportunity for lateral moves if you want to try something new.
