Rules are applied unfairly: certain employees can take endless smoke/bathroom breaks, while others are punished harshly for being 1 min late or go take a leak.
TOXIC & HOSTILE CULTURE: Most employees are unwelcoming, moody, and make collaboration nearly impossible.
Management fabricates performance issues and uses false claims to force people out.
SEXISM AND BIAS ARE CLEAR - Few managers deliberately hold others back out of insecurity. ( VERY SURE SEXIST TOWARDS MEN WHO ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WHO WON'T SUCK ON THEM)
Leadership is more focused on micromanaging and punishing than on actually growing the business and creating a better work environment.
