You were assigned a job to do but it wasn't like you were being babysat all day. You had freedom to do your job without your boss breathing down your neck....

10 hour shifts Mon.- Sat. You didn't really have any time for taking care of things that you had to do at home. My engine went in my truck and I was traveling 35 miles to and from, I got fired due to my vehicle issues. I felt like that they should be more understanding about things like that but in reality it's all about making there money.....
