      Pros

      Chameleon is a good stepping stone into digital marketing. I gained a great level of experience whilst working with some great clients.

      Cons

      -incredibly hostile working environment - the MD starts a lot of drama and regularly focuses all negative energy onto one member of staff. -Workplace gossip is often caused by management rather than employees. -There is no trust for employees which is a shame as I worked with so many great people. -Employees are trained at the start of their employment but further progression is not encouraged. -Management have regular tantrums, making the office environment unbearable. -Employees receive zero support with customer assistance.

      This review can only be written by someone looking to poison the good name of the company, either a fake review by a competitor or a false review by someone who needs help and support. The company works hard to ensure staff are happy, paid appropriately to the job role and inline with the industry and higher paid if the staff member adds extra value to the company. Also the company is more flexible than most companies. In 2023 there are is a happy environment with a team of people who all work well together. This negative review is so far from the truth is it comical.

The company encourages personal development, and there are lots of chances to learn and take on new challenges. The work-life balance is great, and they offer flexibility with remote work. The pay and benefits are good, and the company cares about its employees’ well-being. Overall, it’s a great place to work, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to grow in digital marketing and work in a positive environment!
