Pros

- Great leaders: Chameleon's founders are inspirational forward-thinking people which is proven by the great team they've been able to build. All the department leads are fabulous leaders. They provide a great platform for their team to thrive. Each individual also shows leadership, encouraging fellow colleagues to always push themselves to be the best they can be. - Culture and community: When I joined Chameleon, it didn't take long to feel as though I had been part of the team for years. The culture is so welcoming and everyone is keen to get to know each other on a more personal level. It's also so amazing to see a group of insanely talented individuals (in their own way) join together to make one powerful team. - Gender equality is no joke: Being a woman in tech, I have experienced some very tough situations. In the past, I needed to have thick skin and a strong will to prove myself in order to progress in my career. However, at Chameleon, I have never felt so heard and recognized for my talents without being scrutinized just because of my gender. - Full flexibility: The team is fully remote (before COVID times). Everyone has the flexibility to work the hours that suits their personal life. It's great! The only downside is that this is the one group of people that I would so love to hang out with outside of work but we make it work with regular virtual chats.

Pros

- Communication - the communication between everyone in the company (and I get it, it is a small company) is highly encouraged. When I have questions or issues, it's always encouraged that they be brought forth in public channels so everyone has the opportunity to contribute and learn from what is being said. - Autonomy - Chameleon is 100% remote, we have employees in North America, South America, and Europe who all work asynchronously. The trust put in me to do my best work in my own time is incredibly welcome and rewarding. - Support - like any startup, the day can get very busy, often feeling like there is more to do than time to do it. The amount of support both from my peers all over the company up to the company founders is absolutely tremendous, both in helping me succeed, but also making sure I am ok and not overwhelmed. - Community - from my very first day I could tell that the community at Chameleon is friendly, attentive, and supportive. We did a team-building exercise where we attempted to identify fellow employees from a string of emojis. It was all positive things about people, and I was amazed at how well everyone knew each other. It really felt like I was joining a group of friends. - Highly competitive Pay - I am very happy with the compensation package which was offered to me.

Cons

- I was worried about moving to a StartUp from the (very) large company I was at before, but I have not regretted it.

Pros

Great team of amazing people from around the world. Everyone is super nice and involved. The company culture is present even though it’s 100% remote. Lots of flexibility with work schedules and times.

Cons

The CEO can be hard to work with at times. He expects everyone to live and breathe SaaS, be active on LinkedIn, read about and follow SaaS news, be passionate about being at a startup, etc.
