Pros

Training is provided, with other representatives available to listen to and learn from. Coworkers are warm and welcoming, as is management.

Cons

Management expects at least a hundred calls to be made a day, and 25 leads generated a month. Your work status could be changed if you do not reach these goals, which is not easy when you depend on customers taking the time to take your call.

Pros

One-the-job training, supportive managers, nice office, healthcare, 401k, opportunity to obtain a lot of business skills

Cons

The job can get pretty boring, depending on the account and what your personal interests are. Your success at this company largely depends on which account you get assigned to, which you have no say on. You only get ten hours of PTO per month and if you use up all your PTO and have to take unpaid time, even if you have COVID, you will be disciplined. They advertise a "flexible work schedule" in most of their posting, but unless you agree on an alternative schedule for something like Drug Court or childcare, you'll have to work 8-5 Monday-Friday. They have a promotion system that may allow you to become an "account executive" based off performance and that will allow you to flex your schedule, but those promotions are almost always temporary. Even the best agents end up getting demoted after a poor month.
