They provide flexible work hours and the opportunity to work from home. Everyone from senior management downward are very positive and if you take your job seriously and put forth a good effort will work with you on building your career. A positive attitude is definitely a sure fire way for people to realize your potential.
Cons
Be prepared to have multiple quality assessments in a month. It can be a little unnerving because it can be back - to - back reviews of your calls. It can get very monotonous as it is a call center so there isn't a lot of creativity or higher level thinking required.
