Pros

I can honestly say I am proud to work for Chamberlain. This organization focuses on the care of each colleague by constantly reinforcing it's core values. I have found a better work/life balance here than any previous job and work under great management at my campus. My direct leader has an open door policy that makes it easy to bring any concern forward and she constantly supports and encourages us in our jobs. There is also a dotted line that ensures that your concerns are carried to the correct individuals when they arise. This is a breath of fresh air compared to other work environments that I have been in over the years.

Cons

I think with any company there is always an area that can be identified for improvement. I think as an admission advisor the biggest area for improvement would be consistency in expectations across each campus. I understand that this is difficult to monitor as there are different DAs at each location, but I do think that there could be some streamlining in this area. Overall, no major issues that would cause me to question the integrity of the company or the organization itself.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.

Pros

There are lots of good people working in the campuses and working to help students succeed is very fulfilling.

Cons

The home office (Covista) IT takes forever and a day to do anything. There seems to be a focus on reducing costs to the point that the experience feels cheap.
