Pros
The perks are good especially if you are in the favored group of staff with connections to manager and his friends; co-workers are nice.
Cons
Certain employees overworked; favoritism exists; everyone is on their own and management does not care about an employee airing a legitimate frustration. They have periodic meetings to tell staff they care and things are looking up, but they're not. Morale is low especially when you see long-tenured staff kept on when they do not work but their direct attorney is friends with the Manager or Executive Committee Member.
