Pros
The people at the manager/individual contributor level are so great to work with and are passionate about what they do. The pay and vacation plan are pretty good, too.
Cons
The company constantly changes directions and has zero strategic ability to think long-term. You regularly hear about the CEO's awful behavior, and it is very much a culture of finger-pointing. In terms of my personal experience, I felt like I was set up for failure from day one. The expectations of the role I had interviewed for changed significantly by the time I came on board due to org and responsibility changes. I was then laid off in a group meeting a few weeks before Christmas along with ~100 other employees. This was the third round of layoffs this year. I would advise you to stay away.
