Management is awful, low pay, outdated material, biased curriculum - Teacher Challenger School Employee Review

-Unnecessary micromanagement -Managers are inept, indecisive, and lack sound reasoning -Half the job is non-teaching related and consists of babysitting duties (watching kids eat lunch, watching them at recess, chauffeuring kids to their car, etc.) -The curriculum is politically biased and they put this into their curriculum. E.g.: 3rd graders have to play a game in history class, and the way to "win" is to pick up a gun and shoot someone.
