The leadership team is worse than you can imagine. So many nepotism hires, and because of those that are unqualified, the strategy feels like amateur hour. Retaliatory behavior. Gaslighting. Talking out both sides of their mouth ALL-THE-TIME. For example, there's a "responsible PTO policy" they love touting, but members of the leadership team have also said "if you're taking more than 15 days of PTO a year, I don't know what you're doing."
