      Good environment that is always exciting. Company is growing and job seems very stable. If you show up and work good things happen.

      Cons

      Can get hot in the summer but it is Texas. To be expected.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
