      Cons

      New hires coming from a competitor aren't required to go through the same hiring process as anyome else. New job titles are created out of thin aire to hire those same people. Hiring is not done fairly

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
