All the negative reviews are 100% true. I read them before I started working there, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy do I regret that! - Management makes the working environment completely toxic - Management expects more and more from you - Management discusses employees behind their backs to other coworkers - Management openly berates other employees - You are constantly being watched and listened to, inside and outside the building - You are expected to be a team player, but scolded if you become too friendly with coworkers - There is a revolving door of employees who either quit or are fired - Any positive reviews are written by current employees being asked to (or bullied) to do so - No real HR department to register complaints - The work is not groundbreaking, but they think it is
