Lots of smart folks. Very ambitious and dedicated people. Very cool decentralized company education model where employees are tasked with training other employees on various topics that the are supposed to become experts in. Good way to get exposure to LINK token (if you dont care about other parts of comp which are not competitive). Fully remote global team. Some good career advancement opps. Like getting a Crypto masters degree.
Cons
Like working at a cult. Sergey is worshipped. No transparency around how decisions are made. Cult leaders make decisions. Everyone else immediately expected to get in line. Culture of fear at the company where no one knows where they stand with managers. Struggling to expand beyond crypto making real meaningful revenue tough to achieve. Comp not competitive. Low pay and absurd comp plans.
