Pros

World-class talent across the organization. Cutting-edge tech, vastly superior to its competitors. Solving existing problems rather than building solutions, looking for them.

Cons

Demanding, work hard/play hard culture. Entrepreneurial, lots of accountability, no place to hide.

Pros

i mean it when i say it's a great company to work for. the people are really nice and hardworking across all departments. the pay is good, being remote is great. it's not a company you can slack off at but as long as you do your work it's great.

Cons

depending on where you're based the hours can be tough but that's a real small price to pay, its a globally remote company so everyone aligns w/ east coast hours.

Pros

You are excited to join such a promising blockchain company

Cons

* Not sure why this company has a Human Resources department. They are just in place to identify who is next to get let go. * Leaders live on the other side of the world but manage people in the states. Saw an entire Salesforce team get let go by someone who they never met before. No warnings and they all got an outstanding performance reviews the quarter before. *Be ready for a political battlefield with back stabbing in nearly every department. Your teammate is probably in the ear of some leader to make sure you are on the next layoff list and not him. *No exaggeration, seen three different leaders all backstab each other to take each others job at different times & consolidate power. Nearly everyone is on edge because you don't know who is friend or foe. *Leaders are just living in fear of the CEO and they really don't have creative thoughts about management or operations. They are all just reactive to the CEO. You will start a huge project then there will be a change in leadership, and a new guy will come in with a different idea. *No new jobs postings....just mass layoffs every Thanksgiving. Be thankful you got to work for the almighty CEO and his game of thrones company.
