- Salary is just decent, towards lower half of the competitive scale in industry - Bonus calculations: Bonus calculations use square and cubes of the individual, company and divisional performance. High probability of low utilization and understated company performance being reduce the bonus to less then 75% most of the time. - Other benefit plans not very attractive
