Pros

Decent pay and fully remote

Cons

Career-pathing at this company is dishonest. The culture is generally toxic and ego-driven. Every year, the company flip-flops between “quality goals” and “speed goals,” with abstract requirements condescendingly communicated by the CEO. The VP of Engineering respects no one’s time but his own, arriving late to every meeting and rescheduling frequently. He is disrespectful to direct reports and external parties, attacking their professional credibility in front of peers. He is a weak leader who seems to lack technical knowledge but pretends otherwise, often labeling complex projects as “simple” or “quick” without justification. The VP of Customer Success went on a firing spree and created an environment of fear in her team. The CEO talks down to the entire company during all-hands meetings and is unaware of the serious culture issues that ruin the day-to-day experience of team members.
