Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our company culture does mean that we encourage all people at all levels to get involved, this is great for those that are keen to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty. It is also great for allowing people to step up or across to experience new things. There is a lot of change going on across the business particularly in some functions. It is all really exciting change, but it can feel quite fast paced some time, however we know in the end it will make it better place for everyone! Especially our customers!
