Pros
ChaCha gives it's employees a unique opportunity to work from home at any time - there is no strict or set schedule that must be adhered to. I am able to work 40 hours in a week if I want and then not work at all for a month - it is entirely up to me. This flexibility is wonderful for busy students or parents.
Cons
The compensation is truly not much. Working as quickly as possible and focusing intensely will yield an hourly pay of less than minimum wage...Although the benefits may outweigh this con, it is still a serious issue.
