Pros

The people you work with are generally nice and try to be helpful.

Cons

The company's management is very poor. They do not understand how to run a company well, lose most of their clients and are quick to bad mouth and throw people under the bus. Also the pay is very low and the facility is basically an old warehouse with broken equipment stored for when "better times" come.

The company also has CeutiPak manufacturing and CeutiReg FDA and DEA consulting services for small and medium size businesses. Ceutical Labs is a learning culture striving to train and be best at each position we can be. If you are a Chemist or Microbiologists and want consistent training crucial to your career development, you should come to work for this company. The pay is good and the employees here are a great group of professionals that are helpful and welcoming to new professionals joining Ceutical Labs, CeutiPak or CeutiReg.

Pros

The Chemistry department has an amazing supervisor, Ruben Robles. He has created an oasis of positivity and a fun in a desert of negativity. Some company looking for supreme leadership in their lab should steal him away because his talents are wasted at this company.

Cons

CEO and President of Ceutical labs are a cancer on the spirits of everyone working there. They talk down to there employees and treat them like garbage. Even though their employees flee the company and let them know that they are the reason they are leaving they refuse to implement any changes. Not only are they terrible leaders they are also terrible business owners. It is common practice for this company to change vendors because they can't afford to pay their bills. This also causes them to delay or not buy their labs basic supplies and safety equipment.
