Pros
- Met great colleagues who all felt the same - WFH
Cons
- Management is absolutely terrible; they literally do not care about their employees at all - A lot of accusations and non-belief thrown around by management (i.e. regarding how you do your job, taking sick leaves, etc.) - Heaps of micromanagement by managers (they track every single thing like number of products uploaded, number of emails answered, exact time & durstion of lunch breaks, duration & frequency of breaks throughout the day, your exact workflow of how you conduct your job, etc.) - Employee well-being is always put on the back burner (a lot of unpaid OT, compensation only in terms of Cettire gift cards, forced weekend & public holiday work without say) - Impossible to take AL and SL because they’re always “busy” - Very high turnover (~30+ people left within a year) so training and team building always had to start from scratch; hence, a lot of constant mistakes were made, customer queries were never addressed properly, product upload slowed, lack of team trust & bond, etc.) - No opportunities for growth (almost impossible to progress your career despite what they tell you) - Repititive and boring work (literally working like a robot)
