Start at 10am and finish at 6pm
Work with clever people on interesting projects.
I get to take my dog to work with me :)
Cons
The only con for me is that I have to commute from Milton Keynes but as we start at 10am it's not so bad.

Pros
I have been at Ceterna for a number of years coming in at a very junior level and working through to a senior role. The Ceterna management team have been nothing more than supportive for this whole time giving help and training when needed.
The company culture is like something I've never experienced, its like going to work with a group of friends and no one is unapproachable and will help with any problems.
Cons
