      There really aren't any to speak of.

      Cons

      Leadership has zero marketplace understanding. Micromanagerial setting. Terrible morale in an unhappy office resulting in miserable employees. Horrible vacation and PTO program.

      Pros

      None, I have never worked in such a toxic enviroment. It is only a mother and son that run the company, They have burned all their customers that I dealt with so nobody wanted to do busienss with them due to past experience.

      Cons

      THey know nothing about markeing, their catalog looks like a 5th grader designed it.
