If there was anything positive to say about the experience to work for this company I would point out here but there is ZERO positive thing from my personal experience.

- Super poor management - Super and suffocated micro management - They provide no sick time, they deduct from your future PTO if you even have PTO available - They pay very low - The work load compare to the payment make you feel slave - Zero approve overtime even manager requires you to stay later - The little benefits they offer no worth the stress they put on you - The worst part is the leadership and Managers roles - They provide zero motivation - There is no training - Management be lilting staff in front of co-workers - They always point people’s mistakes - They should provide all their employees the magic ones because they gonna need the miracles happen every day in the office - They clearly do not care the safety of the employees where the covid cases spike but they demand people to work at the office with mask on all day long - Also if you get few minutes late to work because of traffic or whatever the reason is they will discount from your paycheck - Advice: if you desire to work for the worst Management in Real Estate office in South Florida so this is the worst workplace ever.
