Pros
A great company with very good people, good customer relationships and a clear sense of direction. A broad range of offerings in the IBM spaces means there is always something interesting to do.
Cons
Like many companies in the software and services arena the transition of business model to from the delivery of on premise solutions to cloud is a challenge. Mangement need to be closer to the customers and to the people at the coal face.
