Great leadership and vision of the company

No cons great company to work for

I had little sales experience prior to coming on board with Certified Tracking Solutions and was worried how I would fair. My first week on the team I immediately felt welcomed and the environment the leaders created it truly felt like a family. I learned a vast amount and still continue to learn every day! I have yet to dread going into the office. To add, the direction of the company is very promising and somewhere I can really flourish and grow. The leadership is focused on the culture and people of the company first and all the numbers second. Grateful to be apart of this organization!
