      Pros

      Minimal supervision, easy job. Coworkers are easy going.

      Cons

      Pay versus work load...loads are way too large, often piled higher than cab of truck. Damaged parts come out of your pay. They charge $7.50 per week for direct deposit. You use your own truck and pay your own fuel. No work/life balance. Work about 60 hours a week.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom on the job. You can choose whether or not a placement is good for you or not. Possibly get relocated

      Cons

      No insurance, have to pay your own taxes, no paid days off and no holiday pay.
