Flexible working environment, the management is understanding. Have some good clients and are selective about new clients- there is no "you need to make 100 cold calls a day" mentality. Hence more of a consultancy, rather than annoying agency...
Cons
Delivery commission scheme is not great... Delivery consultants are paid the least, yet have the most responsibilities. Account managers are too reliant on current clients, and not going out to win new business enough!

There were some nice people that worked there.
Limited working from home flexibility.
They had two offices, one in Birmingham and one in Stoke-on-Trent.
Cons
Lacking vision and strategy.
Company stuck in the dark ages in its approach (CRM from the 1980's).
Senior management are far to removed from today's digital recruitment era (Dinosaurs of Recruitment).
No marketing or communications function.
Massively lacking in employee engagement.
