Good company to gain experience if your new to the industry. Coworkers are polite
Cons
Lack of pay raises. Corporate Office thinks employees are expendable. Job description changes every 2-3 months. Company will hire employees outside the company instead of within company. Inexperienced Management has little support for coworkers and will Micro-Manage un-necessarily.
