Pros

They provide dinners and activities to help boost moral.

Cons

It is difficult to move up in positions or hit the next pay scale. I have been on the same machine for 3 years and am waiting to get cross-trained so that I can get a raise.

Cons

I’m sharing this so future applicants know what to expect. I interned with this company in summer 2024 and was offered a full-time position in November 2024, which I accepted in February 2025. I made major life decisions based on that offer, including moving home for the job. The week of my college graduation, I was suddenly told there was a hiring freeze — something they admitted they had known about for a while but never communicated. They continued to have me meet with team members as if I were still going to be hired and told me they would contact me once the freeze was lifted. By June 2025, I looked for other opportunities, and around that time the company posted publicly that they had hired new interns. I was never contacted, never updated, and never given any explanation. I’m disappointed by how unprofessionally the situation was handled, especially after completing an internship there and after they extended a formal offer. I hope the company improves its communication and respects the time and lives of future applicants.
