Pros
ESOP, even though no one understands it and no one can explain it properly. Work/life balance is respected by most managers. Some at Corp are interested in your growth. The people in the office were great.
Cons
Management lacks skills to manage people, gossips, does not communicate well, does not respect others vision. Corp has little idea of what goes on in the offices, only connection is the presidents.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you had some positive takeaways from your time with us, and are sorry to hear of your concerns. We recently surveyed our employees and found that 95% of respondents feel they have open, honest communication with their supervisor. Additionally, 94% of respondents agreed that people treat each other with respect within the organization. If you'd like to share more about your specific experiences with us, please reach out to us at hr@mmccorps.com.
Most exempt employees received decent vehicle and fuel stipend. Office culture is OK. Plenty of swag.
Cons
Opportunities for growth are currently stalled. There is a middle management log jam that won’t resolve anytime soon due to the junior 10 year of that middle-management core. Additionally, resource challenged jobs will be scored against you without any regard of your involvement with the bid process. Point blank, if your projects are not doing well financially due to poor estimation practices, accountability starts with you. Management is quick to have amnesia regarding issues conversations, and when it comes down to it, they will CTA before they ever stand tall for you.
