Culture is everything at Cerkl. You aren't an "employee", you are a family member. Every team member welcomes you with open arms but challenges you to push forward. Your given a great deal of autonomy. If you have an awesome idea, you just run with it! No ladder to climb or chain of people to ask. You ideate, research, and just run with it. We're encouraged to fail... that's not just a phrase we throw on the wall - it actually means something to Cerkl.
Cons
We move very fast and have a small team. With that combination, there are times where it can be stressful since everyone is stretched thin. That's part of being a growing company, there are some growing pains.
