The only pro is working from home

Being owned by a private equity. People are constantly being laid off or leaving on their own and then their role is never replaced so the work load is absorbed by everyone else which makes everyone constantly overworked and scrambling to get things done. Never receiving a full bonus or proper compensation. Leadership is always changing.
