      Pros

      - Working with passionate, intelligent, and kind people - Cool projects, really mission-driven - Generous benefits and time off - Job expectations are really clearly outlined - Lots of opportunities for networking and learning - Management communicates well about state of organization and how/why decisions are made

      Cons

      - Interview process was way too extensive for basically an entry level role and same for all positions - Really hierarchical organizational structure - Management is resistant to change in systems and culture - Path of growth exists, but is slow moving

      Pros

      Really excellent place to get experience in the NGO place under your belt. Interesting projects, passionate people, very mission driven. Lots of opportunities to learn a lot. Great springboard. Lots of WLB if you manage your time well. Would consider coming back here.

      Cons

      Team is all over the U.S. Can make coordination difficult.
