      Pros

      Wide variety of projects and technology to work with. Staff wellbeing is a high priority. Flexible working. Excellent work / life balance. Regular opportunities for coaching and development. Very transparent with revenue, busines development and strategy.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best, though it is common for game dev to be lower paid than other tech industries. Despite this management is making real effort to increase pay, and I do see the progress that has been made.

      Pros

      Great people Lots of different projects to move around on to Management work really hard to ensure their staff are happy and work with the staff to find solutions to making your job more enjoyable.

      Cons

      For an animator it might not be that fulfilling depending on the project. But if you want to explore other aspects of game development then you will be well looked after
