      Pros

      CerebralFix is always moving towards improving their culture, cash-flow and clientele. It's easier than most places to feel like you have a voice.

      Cons

      The company and culture is still maturing, and has had a share of fires - with casualties to either employees, or confidence in the company.

      Pros

      Wide variety of projects and technology to work with. Staff wellbeing is a high priority. Flexible working. Excellent work / life balance. Regular opportunities for coaching and development. Very transparent with revenue, busines development and strategy.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best, though it is common for game dev to be lower paid than other tech industries. Despite this management is making real effort to increase pay, and I do see the progress that has been made.
