      Everyone is amazing and there is an incredible inclusive culture. We get to work on some fun projects and bring entertainment to the world.

      Cons

      Compensation and Benefits are lower than standard software development, which is typical for the video game industry.

      Pros

      Wide variety of projects and technology to work with. Staff wellbeing is a high priority. Flexible working. Excellent work / life balance. Regular opportunities for coaching and development. Very transparent with revenue, busines development and strategy.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best, though it is common for game dev to be lower paid than other tech industries. Despite this management is making real effort to increase pay, and I do see the progress that has been made.
