The only pros would be the salary and the product which is truly innovative in my mind.
Cons
Be careful, I have some real concerns about how this company is ruled and managed. Very little professionalism. Let me give you some details: When my manager got fired in march 2022 they brought in a new COO who is a tyrant with bullying tendencies. Since day 1 he tried to show his authority and strength (probably trying to compensate his knowledge or height). He was not keen on learning from us or earning our respect. We were a team of 8 in the sales department, in only 9 months, 7 people left or has been asked to leave (with a big check). I was very concern for the mental health of my colleagues. The CEO didn’t take his responsibilities, nor the co founder who just stopped talking to us… obviously there is no HR to address such topics… Just a tip, RUN AWAY! All the money in the world is not worth your mental health and well being…
