      Pros

      Great values! Great management practices intentions. Lots of focus on culture within the past 4 years with tangible results. Townhall meetings with CEO many times a year, 360 management feedback, eNPS, NPS, LEAN practices,. Leadership works hard to live by the company values. Multiple offices coast to coast across canada. Salaries are competitive for the industry.

      Cons

      Ceramic tile industry is not a fast growing industry. Limited advancement depending on branch location. It's difficult to live the same culture in every branch.

      Pros

      Ceratec has been in business for over 70-years, it is an organization that is always innovating, be it the products it sells, or services offered. The company strives to maintain a culture of Innovation, Humility, Transparancy, Collaboration, Integrity and Trust. Over the past year the company has set out on a new course, new branding was rolled out, new product categories introduced, as well as changes to marketing and sales. In all cases, the company has been transparent and open to feedback, maintaining its values, with clear direction for the future. Exciting times!

      In general, none, if anything ensure there is adequate training for employees to succeed.
