The quality of work seems to greatly vary across departments. Within the department, the overall atmosphere was great, especially with the direct superiors. Good work-life balance. Holidays could be taken quickly after managing the days with the rest of the team. The department superiors are interested in the employees succeeding. Therefore, they provide relevant seminars to build in-house expertise. They are also open to any relevant advanced training for future projects if advantageous. A very strong team focus with clear communication. Working remotely from home the whole time. The department lived an active feedback culture. One could always talk openly to the superiors who show a lot of understanding. This is very department-specific. Interesting projects one can get passionate about. Superiors in this department try to keep realistic goals, although the company's executives push unrealistic targets showing a non-existent understanding of the departments' capabilities.

Executives practice micromanagement. There were a lot of new projects pushed by the company's executives, but they were never followed up or completed, which caused some discouragement to put more effort into it.
