Are you looking for a job at Ceragem? I will give you great advice to save your time and life, and you will thank me. RUN!!!!!! AWAY FROM THIS TOXIC COMPANY. I've been working at this company for 2 years and I am one of the oldest employees in Ceragem. During my time here, more than 40 people have quit or been fired. The top management is all from Korea and they don't know anything about the US. They don't understand the culture, market or how to manage people. Working in a store is okay because they pay you a good amount of money and there are no customers in the store. It's an easy job to do but your store will be closed soon and you will lose your job (we've closed almost every store since I started working here). Working in the office? It's like hell; they don't provide any onboarding training and you need to exceed their expectations or else be fired within a month. There's no 401k, no immediate PTO, no vision, no system, no structure - nothing. Everyone is burned out. If you want to get your job done, often times it requires taking on tasks from other departments because without doing so completing your own tasks becomes impossible. You'll struggle to understand top management's English but that doesn't stop them from speaking it which makes communication incredibly difficult. I can't fully describe what happens in this company or how toxic it is - JUST RUN! They're not making enough sales so this business will likely close soon.
